The book is tremendous, bravo! A fantastic source! For the second edition – would it be useful to add the Russian emigrants’ registration cards for 1939–1945 from the National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, USA, to the source base? They are partially incorporated into Kirill Chashchin’s genealogical index: https://books.google.com/books?id=c9MwBQAAQBAJ
